Gift card Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms
By purchasing or using a Primula Laser and Skincare Medical Spa gift card (“Gift Card”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Gift Cards are issued and managed by Primula Laser and Skincare Medical Spa, located in Natick, Massachusetts.

2. Gift Card Format
Gift Cards may be issued in two forms:
• Digital Gift Cards delivered via email.
• Physical Gift Cards purchased in-spa.

Both forms are valid for the same services and have equal monetary value.

3. Use of Gift Cards
• Gift Cards may be redeemed for services and retail products offered at Primula Laser and Skincare Medical Spa.
• Gift Cards cannot be used for gratuity (tips).
• Gift Card must be presented at the time of checkout.
• If the service total exceeds the Gift Card balance, the difference must be paid using another payment method.
• Balances may be used over multiple visits until fully redeemed.

4. Refunds and Cash Redemption
Under Massachusetts law:
• Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash,except when the remaining balance is $5 or less, and the customer requests a cash payout.
• Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or used to purchase additional Gift Cards.

5. Expiration and Fees
• Gift Cards issued in Massachusetts do not expire.
• No dormancy, maintenance, or service fees may be charged.

6. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
• Primula Laser and Skincare Medical Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards.
• Replacement may be issued only with proof of original purchase and if the system allows re-issuance.

7. Transferability
• Gift Cards may be transferred to another person unless already partially used.
• Once redeemed, transactions cannot be reversed.

8. Restrictions
Gift Cards cannot be used:
• to purchase other gift cards;
• in combination with certain promotions, unless specifically allowed;
• for services requiring medical clearance if the client does not meet treatment criteria.

9. Online Purchases
For digital Gift Cards purchased online:
• Customer is responsible for entering a valid email address for the recipient.
• Delivery is automated; if the recipient does not receive the card, our team can resend it upon request.
• Technical delays may occur; customers may contact us for assistance.

10. Fraud and Misuse
Primula Laser and Skincare Medical Spa reserves the right to:
• decline any suspicious or fraudulent transaction;
• deactivate Gift Cards obtained illegally or through misuse.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
The most current version will always be available on our website.
